  • What are the shipping costs?

Italy – Free
European Union – 20 Euros

  • How long will it take to receive the order?

Orders placed will be entrusted to the courier within 24 hours of order confirmation: you will receive the products after approximately 24/48 hours for Italy and starting from 72 hours for abroad.

During the sale period, delivery times will be extended.

  • How can I return an item?

Returning an item is very simple! Inside the package you will find the instructions for returning it. Just contact Ikigai customer service at the following numbers:

  • How long do I have to return an item?

To return one or more items, you have 14 days from the date on which shipment was confirmed.

  • Is it necessary to register to make a return?

No, inside your package you will find the return instructions and you will then have to contact Ikigai assistance to agree on the date of collection of the package or you can go to the courier communicated by Ikigai.

  • How and when will I be refunded?

Once we receive your order at our warehouse, we will check the returned items and confirm the return. The refund will be made to the same credit card used at the time of purchase. You will receive the refund in 7-14 business days, depending on your bank.

NB: Iikigai reserves the right to refuse returns made outside the established terms or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.


  • How can I track my order?

All orders are sent with a trackable shipping service and, once shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing the link to track the progress of your package. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), between 08:00 and 18:00 and a signature from a recipient will be required. We therefore recommend that you make sure that someone is present at the selected address to receive the package. If the courier does not find anyone at the indicated address, they will leave a failed delivery notice. You can reschedule the delivery directly from the courier's website or you can go to the Courier's office agreed with Ikigai. If it is not possible to deliver the package, it will be sent back to the Ikigai warehouse.

  • I received a wrong product, what should I do?

If you have mistakenly received an item other than the one you ordered, please contact our customer service who will provide you with all the necessary instructions to start the return. We will refund you as soon as it is received in the warehouse. If you wish to receive the item ordered and it is still available, you can place a new order.

  • I received a defective product, what do I do?

If you received a defective product, we apologize for the inconvenience! ☹
